Note from Lucy: I am an LCSW with experience primarily working with individuals living with chronic mental illness. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment for LGBTQ+ individuals in recovery, and outpatient community mental health care. I am trained in crisis intervention, harm reduction, and trauma informed care. I use an integrative approach, as I believe that therapy is not "one size fits all" and should be personalized and adjusted to you as you navigate in your therapeutic journey.

Note from Kelsey: I’ve been working in mental health since 2010 and a counselor since 2015. As your therapist I become your companion in exploration, education, and healing. I strive to help you reach your goals in a safe and supportive environment, making sure you know that I am with you every step of the way. The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. Specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence. The therapeutic approach I use most would be considered eclectic, primarily focusing on person-centered and trauma-informed therapy.
